USER AGREEMENT
You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before ordering from CalmTeaHouse. By placing an order on CalmTeaHouse, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

This is a binding agreement between you, the person or entity agreeing to the terms contained in this document (“I”, “you”, “your” or “Customer”), and CalmTeaHouse, a brand owned and operated by KA Market Avenue LLC (“our”, “us”, or “Company”) (collectively, the “Parties” or “we”). These terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms, conditions, and covenants referenced in or made available by hyperlink in this document (collectively, these “Terms”, “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”), govern your use of and access to this Website and any and all of its sub-pages (collectively, the “Website”).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By using, visiting, or browsing the Website, as well as placing an order with CalmTeaHouse through the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and agree, without limitation, to the terms of our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement, you should exit the Website immediately. By accessing, using, or ordering products through the Website, you affirm that you have read this Agreement and understand, agree, and consent to all Terms contained herein.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between CalmTeaHouse and you, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Website, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Website, and the subject matter of these Terms of Use. This Agreement is intended to be governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. You manifest your agreement to the Terms in this document by any act demonstrating your assent thereto, including clicking any button containing the words “I Agree”, “Place My Order”, “Submit”, or similar syntax, or by merely accessing the Website, whether you have read these terms or not.
You further agree not to use or access the Website if doing so would violate the laws of your state, province, or country. The “Last Modified” date at the bottom of this page indicates the most recent update to this Agreement.
CREDIT CARD DESCRIPTOR
We do not store your credit card details. Each order requires a new payment authorization for security reasons. The descriptor that appears on your credit card statement will be calmteahouse.com. If you have any questions regarding your credit card statement, please contact our customer service department.

DELIVERY COST
Deliveries are free within the United States (free S&H). Shipments are tracked, and a tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. U.S. orders are typically delivered within 7 business days via USPS.
REFUND POLICY
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call (855) 507-7653 to obtain a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
To process your refund, please provide your name and delivery address. If you provide insufficient or incorrect information, your refund may be delayed. Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be applied. Depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
RETURN POLICY
To obtain a refund, contact customer service by phone to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address below within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are accepted for both opened and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging and any remaining product. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once the return is received and inspected at our processing center, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

SHIPPING TERMS
Orders are shipped in the quantity you selected at checkout. Delivery within the United States is expected within 7 business days via USPS (tracking provided). Please note that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. CalmTeaHouse does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times but ensures that delivery is always free of charge for the customer.
All purchases are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscription or auto-ship programs.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us in writing at KA Market Avenue LLC, 14147 Castle Blvd Apt 103, Silver Spring, MD 20904, with a description of the issue and any relevant details. We will review your request promptly and work with you in good faith to find a fair and timely resolution.
ARBITRATION / GOVERNING LAW / NO CLASS ACTIONS
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and CalmTeaHouse, it may be submitted to an independent arbitration service. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in the state corresponding to your billing address, and applicable federal or state law will govern the process. Arbitration will be solely between you and CalmTeaHouse (not on a class or representative basis). Both parties waive any right to pursue disputes on a class-wide basis and any right to a jury trial. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
